Trufas Jiménez offers you a simple purchase process:
1. When browsing in our web, in the products section, you can find the item desired and check its availability.
2. Decide the amount and category of the desired product.
3. Place your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org, where you have to indicate: the desired amount, name, adress, email, and contact number.
If the required information is not complete, emails will not be answered.

4. We will contact you and prepare a personalized budget according the customer and the order. In addition you should provide us your NIF/CIF the full delivery address and the chosen transport form.
The budget will indicate the full breakdown and the final price of all concepts suchs as transport, taxes, etc; and the different methods of payment. Address confirmation, order and shipment data will be requested.
5. Select the payment method and complete it. After checking the payment of the product, Trufas Jiménez will send the order. Without receiving proof of payment the order will not be sent.
If within 3 business days, a bank notification of payment is not received, Trufas Jiménez will cancel the order.
6. You correctly completed the order. You will received it in the address provided between 24 and 72 hours (depending on the selected destination)
